What are cookies and what are they used for?
Cookies are text files, containing small amounts of information, which are downloaded to your browsing device (such as a computer or smartphone) when you visit a website. Cookies can be recognized by the website that downloaded them — or other websites that use the same cookies. This helps websites know if the browsing device has visited them before.
We typically use both session cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our websites. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time and can be used when you return to our website to help identify you or allow you to log in or on other third-party websites to communicate to you via online-marketing channels.
Managing Cookies
When you visit our websites for the first time, a notification about cookies will pop up, explaining what data they use and for what purposes, and you will be given a chance to decide whether you accept only the use of strictly necessary cookies or you also accept the use of other specific (or all) types of cookies.
You do not have to accept all cookies used by our websites. If you reject certain cookies, however, you may not be able to use some of the features of our websites. Your browser or device may be configured to allow you to refuse or delete cookies or to be notified when a cookie is stored on your device. To change your web browser or device settings for cookies, you can follow the instructions in the help section of your web browser or visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
Please note that by deleting or blocking cookies that are strictly necessary for the performance of our websites, they may not function correctly, and you may not be able to access certain areas of the websites.
What types of cookies do we use?
We use the following types of cookies on our websites and Apps:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are necessary for our websites to function and cannot be switched off without impairing their functionality. They are set to respond to actions taken by you to make a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser or device settings to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the websites will not then work.
Analytical/Performance Cookies
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our websites. All information these cookies collect is aggregated by third-party providers or immediately by us. If you block these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our websites.
Functional Cookies
These cookies enable our websites to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, then some or all of these services may not function properly.
Targeting/advertising Cookies
These cookies may be set through our websites by partners. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other websites. They do not directly store your personal details but do uniquely identify your browser or your device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less personalized advertising.
We do not share the information collected by the cookies with any third parties.
Links to Other Sites
Our websites may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.
Other Information
Where we work with third-party vendors to apply cookies on our behalf and they have access to personal data collected via cookies or other apps, they are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards in line with the requirements of the GDPR and applicable national data protection laws. Any personal data that we collect from the application of cookies are stored on servers that may be hosted in and outside Serbia and EU. We retain personal data collected by means of cookies needed for personalized services where you have consented to the use of cookies for those purposes, and otherwise only for as long as necessary to aggregate personal data that we use for website performance and audience measurement.
